Granular synthesis tutorial added!

I'm working on adding learning material on the site. This time it is granular synthesis, a classic of electronic music. While conceptually simple, it involves quite a few smarmy implementation details. A Finnish programmer fed a closure into a sample-and-hold circuit, and you won't believe what happened next!
